Chapter 20
The Drug Element in China-US Relations

IV. The Retribution of Heaven and Historical Judgment

However, justice will be served. On April 22, 2024, the BBC published an investigative report titled “Fentanyl and Similar Products: Why Is the Spread of ‘Made in China’ Synthetic Drugs Difficult to Curb?” This followed up on the bipartisan “China Task Force” investigation report released by the U.S. House of Representatives on April 16, 2024. The report accused the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) of directly subsidizing the overseas illegal production and sale of fentanyl precursor chemicals, exacerbating America’s opioid crisis. It cited data from the CCP’s State Taxation Administration website showing that some fentanyl-related chemicals received tax rebates up to 13%. As of April this year, the Chinese government still subsidizes two fentanyl precursor substances used by drug trafficking groups (NPP and ANPP).

Additionally, before the House report was released (in March), the Senate’s Emerging Threats and Spending Oversight Subcommittee held a hearing titled ‘strengthening International Cooperation to Stop Fentanyl Flow into the U.S.” They invited Brookings Institution illegal economy (including drug trade) expert Brown to testify. Brown warned that the U.S. faces a devastating fentanyl crisis and emphasized that since China and Mexico are “key players,” controlling the supply requires cooperation with both countries. Unfortunately, building anti-drug cooperation with these two countries is highly challenging. Despite this, Secretary of State Blinken boasted in a video that his visit to China had “made progress” in suppressing fentanyl trafficking.

Regarding China specifically, Brown’s so-called “highly challenging” cooperation refers to the period from August 2022 to November 2023, during which China completely ceased anti-drug cooperation with the U.S., treating “international law enforcement assistance” (anti-drug efforts) as a diplomatic tool.

Fentanyl is arguably the deadliest and most serious drug epidemic in U.S. history. When Biden and Xi Jinping met in November 2023, restarting “U.S.-China anti-drug (fentanyl) cooperation” naturally became a key agenda item. After securing Xi’s initial commitment, Blinken’s mission during his visit to China was to ensure the Chinese side fulfills its promises. However, U.S. Representative Mike Gallagher pointed out, “China’s subsidies for fentanyl (related substances) are basically telling the U.S. that the Chinese Communist Party wants more fentanyl into America… and hopes to expand chaos and destruction in the U.S. through the fentanyl epidemic!”

The Communist Party’s drug production and trafficking in Southern Muddy Bay was tolerated by Roosevelt; the drug production and trafficking in Zhongnanhai (the CCP leadership compound) leaves Biden powerless — what does this imply?

It implies that “from beginning to end, the U.S.-China relationship has had elements of drug trade,” and mismanaging this will lead to a lose-lose outcome!

Zhong Wen remarked: The drug production and trafficking in Southern Muddy Bay was tolerated by Roosevelt; the CCP’s drug trafficking system in Zhongnanhai leaves Biden powerless — what does this mean? After Stalin left the Yalta talks with Roosevelt in March 1945, he turned against Roosevelt, accusing him of being a shadow partner with Hitler (a fabrication). Roosevelt was angry, feeling both tragic and indignant. He died soon after. Roosevelt was thoroughly deceived by Stalin over a year and a half, resulting in all of Eastern Europe falling under communist enslavement and making World War II ‘Stalin’s war.” Within four more years, China became fully communist, forming the world’s Stalinist communist empire. The legacy of Roosevelt and Stalin’s “collusion” is now inherited by the Communist demon Xi Jinping, leading to the U.S.-China confrontation and struggle for world dominance.

Public meetings use human words, private talks use demon words, and internal speeches reveal the truth. The Communist demon is a devil; devils speak human words as face-saving phrases but speak demon words behind the scenes. Biden cannot hear it, nor can Trump. Trump once said, “President Xi Jinping is China’s greatest leader in 300 years.” Trump can’t even locate India on a map. How many leaders has China had in 300 years? This big mouth blindly praises Xi as the greatest fake leader. In fact, Xi, this “chief accelerator,” can only accelerate China’s decline! Just like Deng Xiaoping, the “chief shooter,” who has already been judged by history.
