Chapter 16
Bush and the Butchers Divide the Pie

II. Bush Likes Deng Xiaoping’s Incest

Why was Deng Xiaoping, who arranged the June 4th Massacre, so cruel? In addition to the bloody nature of the Communist dictatorship, Deng Xiaoping’s personal vulgarity was also the key.

According to the “Memoirs of Qi Benyu”, Deng Xiaoping, a deserter from the Anti-Japanese War, had committed adultery with his stepmother in his early years. However, this notorious coward, who bullied the weak and feared the strong, was incompetent in combat, but dared to kill civilians – he dispatched 250,000 bandit troops to massacre the peaceful petitions of the people of Beijing, and hundreds of tanks and machine guns fired, killing and injuring 32,000 people in one night. However, Bush, who inherited the mantle of Roosevelt and Nixon, not only did not support the people, but instead asked to meet with Deng Xiaoping, hoping that it would not affect Sino-US relations.

According to the special report of “Radio France Internationale” on the “30th Anniversary of June 4” on July 11, 2019, the declassification of the June 4 archives in the United States shows how George H.W. Bush helped Deng Xiaoping overcome difficulties-

In 1989, the “June 4” massacre occurred in Beijing, where the Chinese Communist Party suppressed the Tiananmen Square democracy movement. Although the then US President George H.W. Bush was under global pressure to sanction China and suspended US-China military exchanges and arms sales, the declassified documents showed that Bush wrote to Deng Xiaoping twice within half a year and sent a special envoy to Beijing, emphasizing that the United States is willing to work with China to overcome difficulties.

According to the declassified documents obtained by China expert David Shambaugh and others from the Bush Presidential Library published on the China Affairs website of the Asia Society in the United States, it shows that after the “June 4” incident, Bush quickly sent White House National Security Advisor Brent Scowcroft and Deputy Secretary of State Lawrence Eagleburger to Beijing secretly to meet with Deng Xiaoping and other Chinese senior officials.

But Scowcroft received Deng Xiaoping’s tough attitude in Beijing that “China’s internal affairs should not be interfered with.” According to the dialogue memorandum on July 2, 1989, Deng Xiaoping told US officials that Voice of America was the largest rumor-spreading company, and the actions taken by the US Congress against China were based on rumors.

Scockro said that the US Congress wanted to impose tougher sanctions on China, and “the president opposed this action.” Scoockro said that although Bush opposed it, the vote was almost one-sided; Bush would continue to oppose the bill, but the votes showed the political reality that Bush had to face, and even his veto could not resist such a unanimous vote.

The document shows that Bush Sr. tried to reason with Deng Xiaoping in his letter to Deng Xiaoping. He said that he fully understood how China viewed the standard of “interference in internal affairs”, but he asked Deng Xiaoping not to regard the suggestion as interference first.

Bush Sr. said that he hoped that China would still affirm that economic exchanges with the Western world were good. If so, he was willing to continue to bear the huge pressure from the US Congress to ask the United States to immediately cut off economic and trade interactions with China.

Bush said that Deng Xiaoping’s several times in and out of the core of power will definitely see the future prospects of the international community and can also get US-China relations back on track. “If it is a dark period now, let us light up the light.” After the “June 4th” incident, the Bush administration opened backdoors for the Chinese Communist bandits many times, including approving a special exemption order in July to allow Boeing to sell four commercial jets to China, and relaxing military sanctions in October to allow Chinese officials to return to the United States to continue the “Peace Pearl” plan to upgrade Chinese fighter jets. Under such circumstances, Bush sent Scowcroft and Igberg to visit Beijing for the second time in December. President Bush was so humble that he seemed to like Deng Xiaoping, the incest expert. Deng Xiaoping claimed to be the “chief architect of reform and opening up”, but in fact he was just the “chief shooter of the June 4th massacre.”

Zhong Wen remarked: Declassified documents show that the Bush administration continued to show great goodwill and patience to China within half a year after the June 4th massacre. Despite facing international sanctions, with the substantial help of Bush’s hard work, the butcher regime of the Chinese Communist Party was able to turn over.
